MEREC-COBRA approach in e-commerce development strategy selection

The research objective of the paper is to propose a model, based on Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods, that facilitates selection process an adequate strategy directed development e-commerce. For aim, Method Removal Effects Criteria (MEREC) applied for defining criteria weights. recently proposed Comprehensive Distance Based Ranking (COBRA) method used final assessment and ranking considered alternatives. applicability model tested by using example borrowed from literature. Three alternative strategies are assessed against five evaluation criteria. results proved reliability MCDM model.
